Shelley Crested China Teapot Yeovil Coat Of Arms England Souvenir 1920s
SKU: 3525-041
This is a great teapot by Shelley China, England of souvenir crested china in the early Cambridge or Tulip shape.
The bone china teapot measures 4.5 inches high by 6.5 inches long and in 4.5 inches in diameter.
The teapot bears the crest of Yeovil in the southwest of England. The mark dates the teapot to 1912-1925.
We stayed for a few days at an old inn/pub there called the Catash dating from the 17th century there once on one of our annual trips.
ANYWAY this teapot is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and would be a great asset to a Shelley or crested china collection..
