This is an ironstone serving bowl made by John Edwards, England between 1890-1900 when the company ceased production.

The molded bowl has a green transfer or transferware design of leaves and blossoms with hand applied gold accents.

The bowl measures 2.85 inches high by 9.5 inches long without handles by 6.5 wide and has both printed and impressed marks.

The bowl is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few manufacturing flaws and very mild discoloring inside.

These bowls are great decorative accents, can still be used as serving bowls and are also being repurposed as planters and accent bowl filled with pot pourri, shells etc.
