This is a Windsor, England octagonal teapot commemorating the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805, with the famous victory by Lord Nelson in his ship the Victory.
The octagonal paneled teapot measures 6.5 inches high by 8 inches long by 5 inches in diameter and features Lord Nelson, Vice Admiral Collingwood, Captain Hardy, Captain Bervy, Captain Cooke and Captain Blackwood on the panels with scenes of the famous naval battle on the lid.
The teapot was made from design acquired by Windsor from Sadler when they went through reorganization. This teapot was made by Windsor, England IN England.
