This is a Tonquin blue transferware dinner plate by Royal Staffordshire, England made and signed Clarice Cliff, while she was art director.
The pretty ironstone dinner plate was made in 1920-1930s made after her Bizarre period.
The dinner plate pattern is an oriental landscape transfer or transferware design with a lovely molded floral border.
The plate is 10 inches in diameter and the is in very good +++ condition with the no chips or cracks and only very minor utensil marks.
Very pretty design by a very collectible designer.
