This is really a jovial fellow! This artist signed 4 inch high toby character jug is called The Mayor. It has the remnants of a paper label for California Pottery Co. It is really fun to look at and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restorations. Probably from the 1940-50's. A great piece for your collection!
