This is a victorian stoneware teapot made about 1880 and covered with the jackfield black glaze with enamel coralene & gilt decoration that shows some use wear. It is unmarked and is probably from Staffordshire. The lid is brass and might not be original, but goes well with the piece. It is a 4 cup size.
