This is a chrome shovel shaped tea caddy spoon that is about 2.5 inches long. It bears an enamel shield shaped finial for the town of Brighton which is a famous resort town on the South coast of England famous for the Regent's Brighton Pavilion and a pier that just collapsed built in 1820.
