This small mantle or shelf clock was made by the Gilbert Company, USA around the 1940s. It has a quartz movement and of course keeps wonderful time. The clock originally had a wind up movement. The clock has a wooden case with faux brass decorative inset in the front. It measures 17.5 inches by 8 inches high and only 2.75 inches deep.
