This is a silverplated caddy dating from 1910-1930 meant to hold a cruet set. Probably a salt & pepper, mustard & another condiment or toothpick holder. But, alas, the bottles are gone & only the caddy remains. Perhaps you have bottles in need of a home? It is marked WMS EP and has cute ball feet. The caddy stands 6.25 inches high. It is in very good condition.
