This is an interesting tool I picked up in Glastonbury, England (of Arthurian legend). I think it is a rug making tool but I am no expert. It has a registry number that dates it to 1920. It measures 6.5 inches long and has a handle that latches to grip the thread or material and knot it. Quite a neat piece! Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $4.43.
