This is an english art deco orange glass sugar shaker, muffineer or sugar caster dating from 1910-1930. It has an enamel paint decoration of dots and a silverplated lid. It measures 6 inches tall and aside from a bit of use wear on the enamel paint in very good condition. Sugar shakers or muffineers were used by the victorians to shake crushed or powdered sugar on their muffins or crumpets at tea. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking $8.50.
