This is a cute little crumb brush or clothes brush made during the victorian era in England with a handle depicting a Scottish girl with a tam & a tartan scarf. It measures 4.5 inches high and is really cute. The bristles are in perfect condition and there is wear on the girl with some tiny paint chips on her nose & chin. Pretty good considering her age. A great piece.
