This set of celluloid nail tools consists of a nail file that comes apart, cuticle tool and nail buffer with it's original chamois and it's cover. I'm not sure if the pieces originally were from a set, but they work together very well. They are all in very good condition. Celluloid was an early plastic developed by the victorians.
