This Royal Doulton toby jug or character jug is only 2.25 inches high but is packed with character. We THINK this is The Publican but could be Tony Philpotts. Just not sure. Either way he is in perfect condition no chips, cracks or restorations. Made by Royal Doulton, England with the usual marks and we brought him home last trip. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $8.50.
