This is a bone china butter dish or large butter pat made by Royal Doulton, England for the first class passengers on British Airways and retired in 1996. The 4 inch in diameter dish is white with a royal blue nad flanked by to gold lines. They are marked Royal Doulton & British Airways on the back. It is in very good condition. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured is $7.60.
