This cute 2 handled bone china mug was made by Royal Doulton, England in 1997. The design is the Beatrix Potter character Tom Kitten from the series The World Of Beatrix Potter. The back says "Tom was all to pieces when he reached the top of the wall". It is in as new condition. It has a bottom scratch which may designate it was originally a 2nd, but I can't find a flaw. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $7.60.
