This is a silverplated (color in photos looks like a gold wash but is bright silver) ornately embossed table crumber with matching brush. They were developed to clean the table of crumbs neatly. They are sometimes called silent butlers. There are no marks. It is in very good condition. I do not know how old it is but I believe it to be 1970-1980s. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $10.40.
