This is a great marked sterling silver nail file that was made in the art nouveau period around 1880 in the USA. It has a lovely art nouveau design of carnations and the monogram E. It measures 6.25 inches long in total with the sterling handle measuring 3.75 inches. It has some denting on the sides of the handle, but the design is still beautiful.
