This is a very pretty English chintz biscuit jar or cracker jar made in England by the Midwinter company (now a part of Wedgwood) in the 1930-1940's. It measures 6.5 inches high by 4.75 inches in diameter and had a lovely floral design. It has chrome fittings, lid and bale, and a celluloid knob. It is in very good condition with just a bit of normal wear to the chrome and on paint chip to a foot. See photo. A really great vintage piece. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $14.40.
