This is a great pie bird or pie funnel or pie vent I brought back from England in white stoneware or ironstone. It makes me think of a hungry baby bird with it's mouth so wide open. The pie bird measures 4.25 inches high by 2 inches long by 1.75 inches wide. It was made in the 1940-1950s and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is pictured in Kitchen, Bath & Beyond on page 44. It is really cute. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $8.50.
