This vintage tool is a metal latch hook in a wooden handle that measures 6 inches long by 1 inch in diameter. It was used for making rugs. I bought it in England on my last trip. It is in very good condition and dates to 1960-1970s when rug making was very popular in England. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $4.20.
