This square ironstone plate or dish was made by Royal Staffordshire potteries, Staffordshire England. It is a plate in a line called The Biarritz and is in a design called of hand painted flowers on pale yellow ironstone. The plate is 8.5 inches high and 9 inches wide. It has the British Registry date for 1933-1934. The plate is a shape and name often used by Clarice Cliff during her time with the pottery.
