Circa: 1910-1920 Condition: good Size: cup 2 inches high by 3.5 in diameter saucer 6 in diameter
This is a wonderful antique polychrome over brown transfer or transferware teacup and saucer set made by Copeland Spode, England. The set is lobed and rust and red colorway of the famous pattern India Tree in ironstone. The saucer is in excellent condition but the cup has a tight hairline which is not easy to see. I missed it when I bought the set in England. This set is a wonderful piece of workmanship and a lovely collectible pattern. Shipping in the US by USPS Priority Insured with tracking is $7.60.
