Circa: 1880-1900 Condition: very good Size: 3.5 inches long by .75 inch square
This is a wonderful pair of antique English pressed glass waffle pattern late victorian knife rests that I brought home from England recently. The rests have square ends and a tapering waffle cut bar. They are in very good condition and have wear around the rims which give them character. Knife rests were designed to keep dirty knives off the table and keep the tablecloth clean and are used now to set an elegant and distinctive table. Beautiful! Shipping in the US by USPS Priority insured is $8.50.
