This is a reproduction of a Victorian porcelain fairing, carnival or fairground prize. It is called Shall we Sleep Or 1 Hour. This title isn't even correct as the victorian fairing says Shall We Sleep Or How? But as the script is difficult to read the reproducers goofed. Which makes it fun to have and came from an estate collection of fairings I acquired recently. The collector kept it for the title. This fairing measures 3.5 inches high by 3 inches by 2 inches and was made in the 1980s and I assume in China. In very good condition and a fun collectible. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured.
