This is a vintage Marx, USA miniature or mini cap pistol in the Western Six Shooter design that shoots dot caps with a moveable hammer. The gun has a peg pin that moves aside to unlock the barrel and a high relief molded white plastic handle with a steer head on each side. The mini cap gun was made in the 1950s and was painted black but some of the paint has worn a bit on the cylinder area. The miniature cap gun measures 1.25 inches high by 3.5 inches long and is a great relic of childhood and has become quite collectible. |
