This is an antique Edwardian biscuit barrel or cookie jar of Wedgwood, England dark blue jasper or jasperware dip made in 1900-1920s.
The shape is #1672 and the classical design is called Sacrifice Figures in applied white jasper.
The fittings are silver plate EPNS silver plate and the maker is the famous Walker and Hall, Sheffield, England.
The biscuit barrel measures 5.75 inches high without handle by 5.75 in diameter and is in very good +++ used vintage condition. There is some minor plate wear to the lid.
