This is a neat English hand cut crystal knife rest or knife holder like a classical column made 1890-1910 and measuring 1.5 inches high by 3.5 inches long.
The hexagonal bar has double faceted flattened ball ends.
The knife rest is in very good +++ used vintage condition with a few minor facet fleabites and 2-3 tiny nicks on the bar.
A nice way to keep the tablecloth clean.
