Staffordshire Toby Jug Character Jug The Painter Turner 1920s Brushes Artist

This is a hand painted English toby jug or character jug of a painter with a figural handle made of paint brushes and paint tubes.
My guess is it's supposed to be the famous British landscape painter J. M. W. Turner as he looks like him in later life, and he has that far away look.
The character jug or toby jug measures 4.75 inches high and was made in Staffordshire, England where I bought him at an antique market in Gloucester.
The character jug is unmarked and in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or restorations and only minor paint wear.
