This is a pretty little round blue jasper or jasperware pin dish, compotier or nut dish by Wedgwood, England in the 1980s.
The small plate measures 4.5 inches in diameter and features a white applied jasperware of the famous Roman baths in Bath, England with an acanthus leaf border.
The dish is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and is a great souvenir of the wonderful town of Bath which is so associated with Jane Austen and her marvelous books. This can be used as a ring dish, pin dish or anything needing a pretty dish. Just beautiful.
