Necklace Spoon Coronation King George VI Of England 1937 Nickel Silver Souvenir
This is a wonderful 1937 George VI coronation spoon handle pendant necklace we made from the handle of a 1937 English King George VI coronation spoon with a teardrop shape and engraved cipher and crown of George VI.
The movie called The King's Speech focused around the coronation of King George VI that th spoon was made to commemorate.
The back is marked by the spoon maker, Wears And White which was an English well known silver maker.
The silver plated nickel silver royal souvenir spoon pendant measures 2.25 inches long by .5 inch wide and we have put it on a new 24 inch long silver plated curb chain with a roll clasp.
The necklace is so pretty, and historic!
The spoon is in good used vintage condition but does show wear, but the chain is in excellent condition. Neat!
