This is a Wedgwood, England lidded jar in primrose yellow and terra cotta jasper or jasperware in a bamboo shape called Cane Ware with applied terracotta jasper leaves.
The jar measures 4 inches high by 3.25 inches in diameter.
The jar, which is referred to variously as a sugar jar or vanity jar, was made in the 1950s and is in very good +++ used vintage condition.
