Royal Doulton Tony Weller 1950s Charger Plate Dickensware Pickwick Papers Noke
This is a very large Royal Doulton, England Tony Weller Dickens ware plate in their series ware from the 1950s.
The plate features the famous coachman from Charles Dicken's novel The Pickwick Papers, and has the facsimile signature of Charles Noke and pattern registration number of D 6327 which dates it from 1951-1959.
The large plate or charger and measures 10.5 inches in diameter and is so decorative.
The plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks.
I do love Dickens Ware and love all the colorful characters depicted from the books.
