This antique English nickel plated nutcracker dates to the 1890s and measures 5 inches long.
The cast iron nutcracker is a pliers type nutcracker that is convertible with 2 rectangular toothed areas at the top of the handles to grip the nuts.
The nutcracker has tapering handles with a ring pattern.
The nutcracker is in very good ++ used vintage condition but obviously used and shows wear and has lost some of the original nickel plating...but I consider that great patina!
