Egg Coddler Royal Worcester Bournemouth Floral Single 1950-1960s

This is a Royal Worcester, England lovely porcelain egg coddler in a standard or single size in the Bournemouth pattern.

The egg coddler was made in the 1950-1960s by the mark.

The egg coddler measures 3.5 inches high to the top ring, 2.5 to the top of the jar not including the ring by 2.25 in diameter and features a pretty floral bouquet featuring a cabbage rose with a pink flower on the reverse.

This coddler actually looks as if it were never used. Excellent condition.

Coddlers cook your eggs or leftovers in boiling water, and can also be used for heating leftovers or baby food...just don't use the lid in the microwave! Really designed for use in boiling water with lid on.
