This is a lovely boxed Sadler, England mug commemorating the 80th birthday in 2006 of Queen Elizabeth II with a blue, white and red pattern with platinum trim on white bone china.
The mug is 4.25 inches high by 3.25 inches in diameter and holds 9 ounces.
The elegant design mug features Her Majesty's profile, strings of pearls, red jewels, the dedication and a trellis effect with platinum trim and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks in it's original box.
A wonderful design of British royal memorabilia by a great maker!
I do not know where the mug was made, as Sadler in 2006 was transitioning manufacturing between the UK and China, although they have recently returned to the UK.
