Wedgwood Jasper Dish Queen Elizabeth II Plate England Silver Jubilee 1977 Dark Blue
This is a very pretty dark blue jasper or jasperware plate or pin dish made by Wedgwood, England in 1977 to commemorate the silver Jubilee of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II 1952-1977.
The color is called Royal Blue and was developed for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.
The small plate or compotier measures 4.5 inches in diameter and is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks. A great piece of history.
