Blue Transferware Plate Landscape Midwinter Antique Edwardian Era Ruins 8 Inch
This is a fabulous blue transferware ironstone 8 inch in diameter romantic Staffordshire plate in the Landscape pattern made by Midwinter, England 1910-1920 during the Edwardian era.
The plate has a wonderful landscape design with classical ruins and floral border.
The plate is seen on page 314 of Petra Williams' book Staffordshire Cup Plates And Early Victorian China Vol I. The plates is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips or cracks with some crazing consistent with age.
Fabulous and so collectible.
