Clarice Cliff Dinner Plate Rural Scenes Royal Stafforshire 1930s Brown Transferware
This 10.5 inch in diameter ironstone large dinner plate or charger was designed by Clarice Cliff in the 1930s for Royal Staffordshire, Wilkinson, England in a design called Rural Scenes.
The dinner plate is a wonderful rural landscape design with cows and farmer of hand colored on brown transferware center with green border. The plate was made before her Bizarre period.
The plate is in excellent used vintage condition with no chips, cracks or wear. A neat piece from a very collectible designer.
