Ornate Bowl Grimwades England Roses Embossed Gold Trim Victorian Edwardian
SKU: 3547-181
This is a lovely large antique Grimwades, England ceramic bowl with a fancy shape and decoration.
The ornate serving bowl was made by not long before they began using the Royal Winton Grimwades name, from the Winton pottery they manufactured at.
The fancy embossed and scalloped bowl has a design of roses with hand applied gold trim and gold sponging.
The bowl measures 1.75 inches high by 11.5 inches long by 9 inches wide and has a rare mark that is seldom seen and was used sparingly from 1886-1908.
The bowl is in very good +++ condition with no chips or cracks and only minor gold wear. A very pretty and decorative bowl.
