This is a bone china salad, tea or cake plate by Shelley China, England in the Naples pattern #14281 made in 1964-1966.
The modern, mid century or retro design plate is in the Avon shape and features purple, grey and lavender balls on white.
They also look like Easter eggs to me!
The plate is in very good +++ used vintage condition with no chips or cracks and only minor use marks.
A fun design, and such a versatile size.
