Fancy Bird Plate Pink Hexagonal Edwardian Fantasy Bird Wedgwood 1906
This is a wonderful hexagonal plate that was made in 1906 during the Edwardian era by Wedgwood & Company, England, related to but not the Josiah Wedgwood, in their Imperial Porcelain line with a fancy bird or fantasy bird motif and hot pink border.
The luncheon plate has a 1.5 inch marbled hot pink border surrounding a wonderful and colorful design of flowers with a fantastic bird of paradise.
The plate measures 8.25 inches in diameter and has gold trim.
The plate has a bit of gold loss and a few utensil marks but no chips or cracks and is overall in very good ++ used vintage condition and so very decorative!
