This is a wonderful teapot made for the 1977 Silver Jubilee of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II of England commemorating 25 years on the throne, from 1952 when she ascended to the throne to 1977.

The royal commemorative bone china teapot was made by Queens, Rosina, England, and has a design both sides of one of my favorite Silver Jubilee photos of Queen Elizabeth surrounded by a crown, shield dates and the symbols of the United Kingdom in a wreath frame, with Her Majesty's cipher and crown on the lid, and gold trim on a reeded white body.

The pretty coronation jubilee teapot measures 6 inches high to the top of the lid finial by 8.5 inches long by 5.5 inches in diameter and holds 22 ounces.

The coronation jubilee tea pot is in excellent used vintage condition, and doesn't look like it was ever used except for display.

The surface glaze is so untouched and shiny it was very difficult to photograph. The design has no wear and is bright and strong as the day it was made!

A great piece of history.   A great addition to your, royal memorabilia or Wedgwood collection, or for a great accent for any room. Really lovely.
