This is a lovely Wedgwood, England dark blue jasper or jasperware plate or bowl made in the 1950s.
The Portland blue plate or bowl measures 1 inch high by 7 inches in diameter and features an applied white jasper classical design called Muses Watering Pegasus which is seldom seen, with flowers and an acanthus border.
The plate or bowl is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or wear. Lovely!
