Sterling Silver Needle Case Rabbit & Toby This is a really cute needlecase that I bought in England. It is marked, however,Sterling 925 which leads me to believe it's American in origin. The needle case measures 3.25 inches in length. The design features a running hare or rabbit & the profile of a toby jug character. It was quite tarnished when I got it but cleaned up nicely and I am unsure of age. Probably 1940s. A very cute piece.

Sugar Tongs Sterling Silver England 1900 This beautiful and ornate pair of sugar tongs I brought back from England is hallmarked for 1900. The sugar tongs measure 4.25 inches long and have a lovely ornate lozenge design on both sides. The top of the bow has an ornate monogram of MC I believe. The spoon bowls and the top of the bow have some tiny dents, but otherwise in very good condition. A lovely piece. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $8.50.

Sterling Cigarette Case Birmingham 1914 This is a hallmarked sterling silver cigarette case with the hallmarks of lion, anchor for Birmingham,England P for 1914 and R&P; on one side and the lion & P on the other. It has the original bands and fittings inside, the catch is tight and works well and most of the original gold washed interior is there. It has several dents and 2 sharp dents but in good condition. The case measures 3 1/4 by 2 3/8 inches closed. A nice piece. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $8.50.

Snuff Box Pill Box English Hallmarked Silver This is a lovely little sterling silver English hallmarked snuff box or pill box. The marks are for Birmingham 1898 and the manufacturer A&LLR; whom I can't identify. The lid & bottom are both hallmarked. The box has a beautiful repousse art nouveau type design on the top. It is oval in shape & measures 1.5 inches long by 1 inch wide by .5 inch high. It is in very good condition with a tight hinge & secure closure. It could use a bit more cleaning! Lovely! Needle Case Sterling Silver Ornate This is a very pretty needle case I brought home from England. It is unmarked, but tests to sterling silver. It measures 2.5 inches long and the 2 parts are connected with a chain. It is a fancy repousse design. It was very tarnished when I bought it but cleaned up well. I don't know the age but I would guess about the 1930-1940s. Just an attractive piece.

Sterling & Gold Wash Salt & Pepper Shakers This is a neat little marked sterling salt & pepper shaker set from the 1930-1940 era. The salt has a goldwashed top to stop the tarnish that happens with salt in contact with silver. They are in very good condition and measure 2.25 inches high. Sterling Perfume English Glass Liner 1903 This is a fabulous little hallmarked sterling silver perfume bottle lined with blue glass that I brought home from England. The lid & sterling casing bear the hallamrks for Birmingham England 1903 and the manufacturers mark JHW. The piece measures 2.5 inches high and is 1.5 inches in diameter and is of a repousse & engraved floral design on both bottle & lid. Sterling Silver Salt & Pepper Shakers Urns This is a very nice set of marked sterling silver salt & pepper shakers. The salt & pepper are 2.5 inches high by 1 inch in diameter. They have a shield engraved on the bottom with the word Sterling at the bottom & the initials V L. I believe they are US made from the 1930s but I don't know who the manufacturer is. The overall size is 8.75 inches long and the sterling handle is 3.5 inches long & 1 inch wide. The blade, with a bottle opened, serrated & wave cut edge & 2 prong end for spearing cheese. 4 Teaspoons Gorham Plymouth Sterling Silver This is a lovely set of 4 sterling silver teaspoon in the Plymouth pattern by Gorham. They are marked Sterling with the backwards lion, G & anchor which dates them to around 1910. Each of the 4 teaspoons measures 5.75 inches long and has the script monogram J.C. on the finial with a pretty floral design. They are all in very good condition.
