This is a pair of very old pressed glass knife rests from England with a swirled center bar and flower shaped ends. They measure 3 3/8 inches long by 1 3/8 inches high. There is some wear on the standing edges of the ends commensurate with their having been used. They date from 1880 to 1900 and are in very good condition.
