This is a super tea cozy or tea cosy from England that is made of a patchwork of silks & velvets with hand stitching incorporating embroidery stitches. It has an antique silk of a World War I battle scene Arras 1915 in France. The tea cozy measures 12 inches long and 9 inches high. It is padded & has a pale pink silk lining. It is in very good condition with just 2 pieces that show disintegration from age. It is a wonderful historical piece.
