This is really a lovely hand painted plate or platter. It measures 11 inches and has a beautiful decoration or softly colored but finely detailed roses. It has a hard-to-read circular Germany mark on the back and was probably painted on a German blank. It has gilding and included handles. It is in very good condition and probably dates from around 1900-1910. A lovely piece. Shipping in the US by USPS priority insured with tracking is $10.40.
