This is a reproduction of a Victorian porcelain fairing, carnival or fairground prize. It is called The Gossips and came from an estate collection of fairings I acquired recently. The collector kept it as a modern example to contrast with originals. This fairing measures 3.5 inches high by 3.5 inches long by 2.5 inches wide and was made in the 1980s and I assume in China. In very good condition and a fun collectible. |
