This is a box for the G E Hotpoint, USA A. C. Matic electric iron. The box is of heavy stapled cardboard and measures 5.75 inches high by 8.75 inches long 4.5 inches wide that was made 1932-1940s. The box has the iconic Hotpoint Pixie which was a famous character symbolizing electricity and Hotpoint products. The box is in quite good condition and is quite sturdy but there is a 5 inch split on the bottom of one side that does not seem to affect the box's integrity or stability...it was just built too strongly. A cool survival. |
